Tammy D. Little

CEO/Founder

Founder and CEO of FTC Group, LLC, brings over 3 decades of diverse accounting experience and a fervent drive for business success. With a BSBA in Accounting from Appalachian State University, Tammy began her career in public accounting, mastering tax and audit before transitioning to corporate accounting.

As Controller for various mid-sized and large companies, Tammy's strategic acumen expanded beyond accounting to encompass areas like insurance, payroll, tax compliance, human resources, and technology. This comprehensive background uniquely positions her to understand the challenges businesses face in achieving success.

In 2007, Tammy founded Turning Leaf Solutions, prioritizing exceptional client service and rapid growth. Recognizing the importance of specialization, she strategically transitioned the firm to a larger entity after a decade of success, enhancing client services further.

In 2018, Tammy embraced a new challenge in the cannabis industry, showcasing her adeptness in financial statements and managing 280E/471c requirements. Beyond compliance, her passion lies in optimizing business operations for sustainable success.

Tammy's commitment to excellence and her insights into cannabis accounting nuances make her indispensable to businesses in this sector. 

Fun Fact

  • Over the last 12 years, my family and I have fostered over 100 dogs and puppies in our home. Fostering is great for the community and allows you to make meaningful connections and relationships. That's how I met Stephanie!

Staff Accountant

Nency is a dedicated Staff Accountant with a year of experience in financial management and accounting principles. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Commerce in Accounting, Nency brings solid academic knowledge to her work.

With expertise in accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance, Nency ensures accuracy and timeliness in financial transactions. Proficient in QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, Sage 50, and Microsoft Office, she efficiently manages financial records and reconciliations. Committed to effective communication, she maintains strong relationships with clients, ensuring smooth financial operations and timely reporting.

With a passion for making a difference both professionally and in her community, Dana is poised to excel in her new role, leveraging her diverse skill set to navigate financial landscapes and deliver exceptional results.

  • My husband and I are on a mission to visit all 30 MLB baseball stadiums. Not only do we soak in the excitement of the games, but we also collect hats from each home team as souvenirs. Our collection serves as a colorful reminder of our travels and shared love for the sport!

Stephanie King

Director of Human Resources

brings over 30 years of extensive experience in HR management to our team, having worked with large corporate companies and smaller businesses alike. Her expertise encompasses recruitment, staffing, employee relations, benefits, HRIS, compliance, leadership training, and employee engagement.

Previously, Stephanie served as the Director of Human Resources at Embassy Suites Hotel with Atrium Hospitality, overseeing a staff of 175+ employees. In this role, she managed all HR activities including employment, recruiting, compensation, labor relations, training, and development. Stephanie also conducted new hire orientations and annual training on topics such as Diversity and Inclusion and Anti-Harassment, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of associates and legal compliance with state and federal requirements.

Stephanie holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from North Carolina State University and is a Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE) through AHLA. She furthered her education by obtaining a Human Resources Management Certificate from Duke University and is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).

  • I have been to 28 Grateful Dead concerts. Some of the best times in my life where I met so many amazing, kind, free spirited people. (I even saw Walter Cronkite my first show in DC.)

With strong communication skills and proficiency in platforms like QuickBooks, she ensures seamless client interaction while maintaining meticulous records. Coralee's prior roles include positions at White House Gift Center and Turning Leaf Solutions, Inc., where she showcased her proficiency in accounting operations and client management. With a reputation for excellence and professionalism, Coralee is an asset for any organization seeking meticulous financial management.

Fun Fact

  • For 11 years, I volunteered as Area Coordinator with a high school student exchange program. I was able to supervise and mentor more than 30 high school students from 15 countries. We participated in community events together, shared meals, traveled, and tackled some tough challenges. It was a rewarding experience for me, my family, the students, and the communities in which they lived.
